BEQ - BARRA ENERGÉTICA

BEQ - Barra Energética de Querença - is a 100% natural product, made from dried fruits and honey from the Barrocal Algarvio, having been developed by the University of Algarve in partnership with the "Projecto Querença". It is intended for all people, being an excellent supplement for sportspeople as it is an excellent source of fiber, sugar and minerals.
Its composition includes carob, honey, fig, almond and sea salt.
This product was born from the idea of a group of young people who want to support the development of Algarve's countryside through the enhancement of its natural resources.
