We have always wanted and decided to produce organic wine. Thus, we have a vineyard without chemical products and wines without additives, produced in the traditional way and fermented by naturally existing yeasts in the skin of the grape. An honest product, wine from our land, with the flavor of oak barrels as the only flavor added.
