The Adega do Cantor is located in Guia, just a few kilometres north-west of Albufeira. It began operating in 2004 and was initially intended to produce bi-varietal wines in the Vida Nova range. Later, it began focusing on the production of single variety wines of superior quality, a range which was named Onda Nova. The first wine from harvesting to botteling was completely made by himself and his wife with very elementary machinery.
