At Vala, in Silves, is Adega Cabrita Wines, a family project developed by José Manuel Cabrita, which sees the birth of the first wines in 2007. With a bold image, it wants to respond to the demand for quality local wine and bet essentially in Portuguese grape varieties, more specifically in native varieties from the Algarve, such as Negra Mole. Following the best of tradition, this wine producer opens the doors of his cellar to the visitor who can get to know all the stages of his process and taste the resulting wines.
