In the Portuguese southwest, bees find a very rich and diversified natural vegetation, far from sources of pollution, from where they extract the necessary nectars to produce high-quality honey, free from chemicals. This honey has not undergone any industrialization process and retains all of its natural qualities, so it can crystallize and present small differences in color, aroma and taste from batch to batch.
