SALSIALGARVE

Salsialgarve is one of the largest producers in the region, that, from Charneca da Nave dos Cordeiros, produces regional Portuguese sausages marketed through approximately thirty distribution companies. In business for more than twenty years, they apply new technologies in the manufacture of a wide range of Portuguese sausages such as the traditional chorizo, blood chorizo, "farinheira", "paiola", black pork "paínho", among others.
