Quinta dos Aromas e Sabores, located in Laranjeira - Alferce, Monchique and composed of a small farm - about 21 ha - is a selling point for regional products from the Algarve (jams, arbutus, "melosa", canned goods, honey , piri piri, among others) and where tapas, wines and cocktails are served. To emphasize their touristic project, using organic farming and production, they designed an area dedicated to aromatic, medicinal and condiment plants; fruits, exotic fruits and horticulture. This means that they have an area with about a hundred species of aromatic plants, with the identification of the species on plates with the scientific name, in Portuguese and English, fixed in 2mx2m squares; permanent crops in line (vines, red fruits, etc), temporary crops (watermelon, melon, potatoes, etc). In addition, they have an orchard with "figos da índia", arbutus unedo, orange trees; they feature a lounge area, outdoor showers, a bicycle rack, and are creating conditions to offer bird watching points in the future.
